The situation is similar to that of Rijnmond Radio & TV, which I wrote about earlier. After all, at Omroep West, the schedules sometimes don’t quite work out with the permanent staff. And so, Omroep West also opts for the security of a freelancer to ensure continuity in operations.
Naturally, I will be working there as a sound technician. But besides that, a new challenge awaits me: Remote Camera Operator during live TV broadcasts, and checking and creating the broadcast schedules for TV. Those are a few nice new challenges!
